Single Sign On Issue

Earlier this morning at 8:00 AM an issue was reprted to the Information Technology Services team that some users were seeing a “Web Login Service - Stale Request” error message when trying to access various college tools, such as Google Workspace, BrightSpace, Aviso, etc., using the Central Piedmont Single Sign On (SSO) service.

Information Technology Services has now resolved the issues that students and staff were encountering when logging in to Central Piedmont services.
