Investigating -
Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of ongoing performance issues with the ticketing system, TeamDynamix, used to submit customer requests. The issue has been identified by the provider, and we’re awaiting a fix to be implemented.
At this time, response times will be delayed while we wait for the issues to be resolved. The client portal can still be used to submit requests for the services you need.
